Ms. Amy Decker joined Hinkle Law Firm LLC in 2006 and again in 2022 as an Of Counsel Attorney. She has defended numerous personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death cases and has appeared in state and federal courts across the United States.

Amy has extensive experience representing manufacturers and distributors of a wide range of products, including consumer products, children’s products, and sporting goods. Her range of experience also includes employment law, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and advising clients regarding risk management and claims handling.

Before returning to Hinkle, Amy spent over a decade working as in-house counsel for a leading global consumer products company, where she gained invaluable knowledge on a wide-range of legal topics. She also spent two years working as a clerk for the Honorable J. Thomas Marten in the United States District Court, District of Kansas after graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law.
