Ms. Bergkamp joined Hinkle Law Firm LLC in August 2019. As an associate attorney, she primarily supports the firm in matters of Commercial & Complex Litigation, Transportation & Motor Carrier Litigation, Medical Malpractice, and Construction Litigation.
Prior to joining Hinkle, Rebecca worked as an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office. During her time she experienced both civil and criminal cases firsthand, including crimes against children, drug crimes, and asset forfeiture. She also clerked at Hinkle Law Firm in the summer of 2018.
Bergkamp, an Andale, Kansas native, earned her law degree from Washburn University School of Law. While in law school, Rebecca was a Moot Court member and recipient of the Goodell Scholarship for the top brief.
